During the legislative session that opened on 12 November 2024, the Court of Auditors (CDC) held two forums for discussion with the Senate and then the National Assembly. In addition to the protocol phase marked by the speeches of the various heads of institutions, the meetings allowed for the reading and adoption of the general report of the work from the June 2024 session, which contains a number of recommendations.
At the dawn of its twenty years of activities, the CDC deemed it appropriate to explore, with the deputies and senators, to what extent the recommendations made, when fully taken into account, constitute a powerful lever for improving the performance of public policies and strengthening citizens' trust in the institutions of the State…
