The fourteenth activity report of the Court of Auditors (CDC) provides information on the work carried out by the financial jurisdiction during the year 2020. These activities focused on audits, the examination of the State's accounts, the accounts of decentralised local authorities, public institutions, and those of public enterprises. It also includes the court's report on the execution of the finance law for the 2019 financial year, along with its opinion, as well as the certification report of the general account of the State produced on an experimental basis. Finally, the report includes a reminder of the recommendations made by the CDC since the start of its activities in 2006 that have not yet been implemented, as well as those arising from the activities carried out in 2020.
