The report of the Court of Auditors highlights the management of the Special National Solidarity Fund, which is endowed with 180 billion FCFA to respond to the Covid-19 crisis. The audit, which covers the financial year 2020, points out deficiencies in strategic oversight, data reliability, and procedural management, and proposes 30 recommendations to enhance transparency and the effectiveness of public funds in times of crisis.
