The Audit Bench is organised into Sections.

It is composed of :

·       a Section of State Accounts’ control and ruling on the accounts of Public Accountants ;

·       a Section of control and ruling on the accounts of decentralised territorial authorities’ accountants and their public entities, subject to the consideration of the powers devolved to the lowed audit courts;

·       a Section of control and ruling on the accounts of the accountants of public administrative entities;

·       a Section of control and ruling on the accounts of public and semi-public companies;

·       an Appeals Section;

This list is indicative : any other Section may be created if necessary, by a decree of the President of the Republic

In addition, in order to perform its missions, the Audit Bench has set up committees including :

·       the Programming and of Public Report Committee of.

·       the Communication and of Documentation Committee;

·       the Cooperation and of training Committee.
